This is my first try ever using the Spray Starch technique and, after a few failed attempts I finally found the right combination. The background has such interest and depth; it's cool. I sprayed the starch onto glossy CS and started adding Color Burst and Pearl Ex powders. Added more spray starch then put plastic wrap over the top and set it aside to dry. I like how it turned out and didn't want to cover much of it up...I actually found this card Happy Birthday - MFT July Creative Challenge by Bar at Splitcoaststampers (by Barbara Anders) in my favs so I CASED the design so I could keep alot of the BG showing.

Jacqueline,
Those color burst powders sure gave you some amazingly brilliant color on this card! Your technique is gorgeous! Lots of nice lines from the plastic wrap! Beautifully done!
