This is for IC553 and our inspiration site was Style! Black & White. My project was inspired by the butterflies in this Pin by Alex(andra)
I sifted through my butterfly dies and finally decided that the Butterfly Block would be striking against an all white background. If I had this to do over again I would have backed off on the outer frame and made it a little more narrow to allow more of the white card base to show. I don't know about anyone else but I find black and white projects a little harder to photograph. If there isn't enough light the black remains too dark and it there is too much light the white edges of the card fade out.
Thanks for such a fun challenge Audrie. I really like black and white projects. And I usually sneak one little element of color like a touch of red but I refrained today and stuck with the challenge.

I think this card is perfect just the way it is. You created a gorgeous butterfly scene here that is so beautiful. I love that you used this unconventional die to do in black because this makes me look at my dies in a new way now too. ~Karen.

I am blown away by your card design which is going straight into my favs for casing! I thank you for keeping with the theme of the challenge, but you know what: I believe that whatever you might have added would have been beautiful too! As we used to say back in the day: "You got it like that!" Love your inspired design!
