This center step card uses an entire sheet of 8.5 x 11" cardstock so it is a large card. My niece loves to bake and she wants to own a cupcake bakery someday so when I saw this cupcake paper tole in my stash, I just had to use it for my niece's bday card. The balloons are punched out from glossy cardstock, sponged with ink and shaped with a stylus. I was pleased the balloons looked shiny yet after sponging them with ink. Die cut the lady bugs from black cs and the top layer from shimmer sheetz. The word happy is cut from pink glitter cardstock. The super tiny flower punch is cut from Gable Green cardstock. Added sparkly gems to flower centers and the card is complete.
