When I received my new Mama Elephant panda/happy mail sets awhile back, I opted to stamp all the images and die cut all at once so that I would have them ready to color and make into cards. This cutie was one of the images I hadn't had a chance to play with yet.
Colored the envelopes in a variety of fun colors. Added a bit of shadow to the panda's face with C0 Copic marker. Added a hint of blush to his cheeks. Die cut 2 additional layers and adhered with glossy accents.
Stamped my sentiment on Bazzill cardstock and added the dimensional die cut. Used a leftover stitched frame to give a nice finished border to my focal panel. Added 2 layers of cardstock under it for more dimension. Matted to black panel and then to card front.
Used Wink of Stella to add some sparkle to the panda's face and some of the envelopes. Used glossy accents on the panda's eyes and nose.
Not my normal choice of colors, but am happy with how it came out.
TFL!
