I made this card for the MFP Stamp Shop Great Outdoors blog hop this week. When I read today's challenge, I figured I could just make an envelope to match and I would be good to go.
To line up the scene on the front with the one on the inside, I first stamped the trees and the fisherman on the inside panel. Then I mounted the black panel on the front oval, laid a piece of waxed paper over the entire card, then mounted the white oval with removable tape on top of the waxed paper. Then I could line up the stamps (the trees and the fisherman) and stamp on the front. The waxed paper protected the underlying panels. I removed the waxed paper and adhered the white oval permanently on the black oval.
