This is for Jeanne's Dive Right In Craft Your Passion VSN Challenge. I broke out an old set "Fishy Friends" and looked in my wheels collection and found "Fishy"! Didn't even remember I had it! Didn't have right color cartridge, so just rolled it on the Big and Juicy stamp pad then rolled it and made the bg for my fish. I put the white panel a little to the side to make it look like he is swimming. It looked so plain I added the sequins and ribbon. I have drawers and drawers of ribbon, but didn't quite have the right color, hope this works. So when is the last time you used one of those stamp wheels? LOL
Thanks Jeanne for the challenge and thank you for looking.

Sharon you are digging deep into your stash! LOL..This is fun and I love the colors and even though the ribbon isn't matchy matchy it compliments the cardstock color beautifully!

Great card! The top layer moved over does create some movement. Clever idea! I haven't used any of my wheels in forever; good for you getting one out. Looks great! I wonder if i have that one? Fun card with all the fish. The sequins and ribbon add nice touches. TFS

Great solution by matching sequins to the ribbon! Your fishy card is adorable. I took all my wheels apart to use as flat border stamps! Bonus, it's easier to align on the MISTI!

What a fabulous background that wheel made. Great card! I thought I had used a wheel not all that long ago but couldn't find evidence of it in my gallery. Hmmm. Love your card.
