I had to pierce and hand-stitch the corners using a gold Sulky thread and a very tiny needle. I did most of my stitching while on vacation in Aruba. I used two dies from Dee's Distinctively for the ornament. The top layer of the ornament was cut from a gold sticker sheet. Rhinestones were added.

The stitching takes a while but I find it relaxing. I have some dies that do the cutting and piercing but the stitching can still take hours to do. You should try it sometime!
