I have a lot of tiny stamps that don'T work well by themselves, so I combine them into one large image. The too bright bg was made with Cara D'Ache supra color II watercolor pencils. First I stamped the one inch SU Happy Hellos stamp, with the tiny face stamp and the tiny flower stamp along the bottom. I doodled some stripped lines, then using some masks, I stamped the TH half circle border on the 2 sides and bottom. I used another TH border stamp along the top. I colored some of the dots with my white gel pen. I am so happy just to have finished a card without a major disaster resulting in a trip to the trash can. Usually somewhere between the last 2 steps, the entire card explodes right in my face...luckily I never had the inclination to be a pyrotechnic specialist. That would be one heck of a fireworks show. TFL, Francie

What a fabulous collage of small images into one beautiful whole, Francie. And that white on white matting, so effective! Overload - no, I love that splash of vivid colour.

You do make me laugh with your self-deprecating descriptions! I could have quite a bonfire here, as well, lol!
IMO, this is NOT too bright - I love the vibrant colors and you are so creative to combine the various small images and doodling to come up with your focus point! I actually thought it was all one collage stamp at first look : )

Oh my gosh, I love this! Making these tiny stamps fit into this fabulous card is not easy and neither is coloring an entire background! Francie, this one is SO fun and whimsical! All your cards are so cheerful and just a delight to see!

Franci, your bgs are never too bright, they're marvelous! I thought this was a Dylusions stamp, not separate images. I love how your doodles bring everything together and another perfect bow!! Love your card.

I am always so delighted to see one of your cards Francie and to read your process. Again, you have designed a beauty and I just love the way you included stripes and spots in your design process. Thanks for playing along with the CAS challenge today.
