This bird is a winter scene, but I also wanted to show how it can easily be adapted for summer. I made the snowy deposits into mossy deposits, and coloured the landscape green adding in grassy effects with my pencils and a technique I learned many moons ago from the talented Paula Williamson. My clouds also follow a gamsol and pencil technique learned from her.

Beautiful card, loved reading how you changed the snow to grass! The deckle edge is very nice and that Almost Amethyst is one of my all-time favorite SU colors (still have some hoarded!).
