Mary is your hostess this week and she has chosen: wild wasabi, cherry cobbler, gold, and for neutrals: white or vanilla, and for dessert: anything goes.
I used an Essentials by Ellen set, but I think the new SU! Swirly Scribbles Thinlits would work too. On a piece of white cs, I embossed the top portion, and adhered pp on the bottom section. Die cut the flowers and leaves and sponged with the cherry and the wasabi – then I sprayed with shimmer sprtiz which makes them so pretty IRL. Die cut 2 more leaves and the “happy” strip in gold foil cs. Assembled with a sprinkling of sequins!

Beautiful! Love your use of the colors. The green stripes at the bottom are wonderful. Love the gold die-cut "happy". Looks fabulous! I like the wispy cut flowers & leaves. The sequins are a lovely touch. TFS

Love the gold leaves and "Happy" greeting diagonally across the card. Those scribble flowers are cute too! You've created a very sweet birthday card, Maura.

This is such a fun, cheery card! I keep telling myself I don't need any of those scribbles, but I think I do! Your bottom border and diagonal greeting look great.

Fabulous, Maura! You've really amped up these openwork roses with the extra addition of gold leaves and those cute dots on the bg. Love the angle accessorized with your gold sentiment. Great sketch, too!
