In my free time, I do cards. I like to experiment with mixed mediums. I cut out the basic card, embossed it and went lightly over the clocks with my brayer and black ink to make the numbers stand out. I put tissue on the sticky side of some HVAC tape, placed it on several gears and rubbed the design using my fingers and stylus beginning in the meddle and working out to the edges. I trimmed the foil around the gears and attached to card.I then dripped full strength alcohol inks on. I die cut the gears and trounced them with oregano ink. Eyelets were added to some of the gears before attaching them to the card. I used pop dots to secure the raffia as I wound it around the gears. I stamped the vanilla lightly with Chocolate chip ink and stamped wording with black. I edged all the very vanilla cutouts with a black ink.

I strugle with masculin cards, so this is a real inspiration piece for me. The alcohol inks on the metal look fantastic and the eyelets on tge gears are perfect. What wonderful, rich colors you used.
