Altogether I made three cards along this design which completes my quota of Christmas cards for May and sees me into June.
I cut the border from Frisket film and stuck it to white card, then scraped the chalk pastels over and rubbed in with a cloth. I spattered with gold paint, added a sentiment, edged with black ink and mounted on white card.
I've called this "Greek Style" because that blue and white colour combination is classic Greek island colours .
A quick card, and I got three from the film mask before it started to deteriorate - the biggest problem was making sure to clean my hands of chalk dust each time round.

What a pretty design for this card, Sabrina!! I love the simplicity of it, and although I can relate to the chalk dust problem, it is not evident you had ANY problem while making these beautiful cards! This is particularly pretty with the gold splattered paint!!

What a wonderful design, Sabrina, and a great use of the frisket film - maybe I should dig mine out! Your chalked sky is gorgeous, and the gold spatter made perfect stars to go with the sentiment. Beautiful card!
