The challenge is in the name, find inspiration in wallpaper and use two or more mediums on your project. Use wallpaper if you have it, your local store might even donate a piece to your cause!
For my inspiration I must have used a few different design ideas, but this one and this one are closest to where I ended up with my card.
I used a cut and emboss plate by Cuttlebug in the Anna Griffin line called Bramble Flower. The cuts came from monoprints I had on hand in yellow green, scarlet and rose colors. Then layers of mediums were added. Watercolor, gold metallic marker, paint markers, white gel pens. The background is Ken Oliver Ultramarine Blue Color Burst, a lot of water and paper towel to texture it. I few squirts of a water bottle was the last texture added. All was glued together with super tacky i{stick}tape (mega roll of tacky red tape) The sentiment is stamped normal papercrafter style black ink on white paper and a snipped end for a pennant look.
Thank you SO much for stopping by to see my card. You can visit my blog for more blabbering of the same directions here. Hop on over to Rain Puddles Design.

I'd feel as if I were in a conservatory if a room even had just one wall papered like this, and I'd be waiting to hear the birds start singing. What fabulous vivid colours and wonderful texture.

WOW this is gorgeous! I love the colors and this is indeed like a rich, floral wallpaper design. I like how you added the white highlights to the flowers....great contrast to the bright red color. So pretty!
