It's a sad tea party today. We are off to Kansas to give hugs to a lady who lost her only child, her son to a work accident. The card is pretty self explanatory, but I colored the leaves on the tree by using an old dried up blending pen which I rubbed across my ink pad and dabbed over the leaves part of the image. It really looks like real leaves. TFL ladies.

This is such a wonderful sentiment for Veronica and that is a great job on the tree leaves.

I so agree, the leaves do look so real, and I bet even more so IRL. Great way to keep using the blender pen. Pretty soft shades of gree for the papers. So peaceful...TFS...:0)...will be a huge comfort for Veronica.

What an inspiring and encouraging sentiment, Mary. Even more, I am totally blown away by your tree. Of all the stamps in that set, I struggle most with that tree; no matter how many wonderful cards I see with it, mine always look a mess.
