I used a brayer with Strawberry Slush to ink up white card stock and then I did the same on a separate white card stock with Hello Honey. I then stamped the balloons with memento onto the card stock with the Hello Honey. I fussy cut the balloons out and then glued them to the card front. I used a mix of colours to paint in the balloons with an aqua paint brush. The sentiment was then inked onto the chalk talk framelit cutout and assembled. I then used the Finishing Touches edgelit to cut the trim at the bottom, added rubber cement and then poured glitter on top of it. The one hard part was getting the strings of the balloon to line up with the balloons but I judged it by putting the balloons slightly higher than where I wanted to glue them on (eventually) and then inked the string on. I then glued the balloons where I wanted them.
Happy Stamping!
