Made the stenciled panel a couple of weeks ago when I had a crafty day with three of my SCS girlfriends. So much fun!!
Shirl brought her Color Bursts for us to try out. The rest of us already have Brushos and Bister powders, but I don't any of us had tried the Color Bursts yet. The container they come in is much easier to use to get the powders out. Other than that, they are very similar to Brushos.
I placed the clockworks stencil over my watercolour paper (another gift from Shirl --- thanks Shirl!), sprinkled Color Bursts, spritzed with water and then removed the stencil. Love how it turned out. I took the stencil, which was still covered with ink and water and pressed it into a second piece of watercolour paper (stencil monoprint). Haven't made a card with it yet, but it turned out really well too.

I knew I had seen that stencil before! It was you who created another gorgeous piece of art using it. This piece is just as remarkable and beautiful, Loll!!

I would never think to use those colors together and how beautiful it looks! I LOVE this technique, a personal favorite! Love the versatility of the design! Whew! Thanks for that tip that they work about the same. Thought my wish list was getting WAY too long!
