Not sure if this is totally CAS but it is only one layer and the background is definitely talking. I swiped distress inks on a craft sheet and spritzed with water and smashed the watercolor paper on that. I followed up by using some bubble wrap and the Red Lead inks to create some bubbles. I then used a stencil and sprayed some white distress stain over that. The sign is hand drawn...stickles around the edge...that's about it. This is for a relative who had a big health scare three weeks ago...thankfully she is still with us but it was very serious. Even though she's only about 10 minutes from me I've been sending cards cuz that's what we do. I saw her yesterday and she is making a good recovery.
