hi there,
Congrats to Virginia Lu for being the FS this week. Virginia is a friend of mine and lives in the same city as I do. Her gallery is wonderful and is filled with lots of beautiful works to see. Here is the card that inspired mine: Have I Told You... by Stamping Virginia at Splitcoaststampers
I made my card more cas by leaving off the dp in the background. I scribbled onto my acrylic block, sprayed with water and stamps instead of using die cuts on my card front. I moved the sentiment down a bit as well and did a faint stamping in the background behind the colour washed area.

Fabulous card, Karen! I love the subtle BG for the quote! I would love to be a mouse in the corner, watching you and Virginia create! You both have such great styles!
