Another card for my "2016 Send a Smile" challenge.
Saw the quote "Your smile lights up the room!" and I knew right away I needed to make a card around that using this cute little Lawn Fawn lightbulb.
Stamped the light bulb and a Stampendous smiley face with Memento inkpad. Colored with Copics: C0, C4, Y11, Y15, Y18. Die cut.
Used same square die to cut from 3 layers of cardstock scraps so that I my inlaid image would be recessed.
Computer generated the sentiment then cut to size and die-cut the aperture one more time. Assembled all the layers and inserted my stamped image panel.
Matted to layer of black cardstock and attached to card base. Used Copic multiliner (0.5) to enhance the eyes, some white freckles with a white gel pen and Wink of Stella all over the lightbulb to provide lots of shimmer.
Inside, I computer generated the quote above as my sentiment.
TFL!

Debbie, I just love your style! What intrigues me about this fabulous card is that you die cut the base of the inlay three times in the exact spot to have them line up! What a novel idea and I love it. You use these cute little stamps so beautifully.
