I am in love with this inspiration site this week - thank you Audrie!! What I loved from this image was how the bird and scene almost seemed to glow so I tried to recreate that: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/177962622744800704/
On my main panel, I made a mask with my grass punch and sponged the grass (using the negative), then I sponged yellow lightly and then sponged yellow again through the stencil, and finally sponged some sky. Spritzed the whole panel with shimmer spritz (so pretty IRL), embossed the sentiment. Stamped and die cut the birds. Die cut and sponged the branches and assembled. Also added stickles to the birds for additional sparkle. Main panel is popped up. This also fits our F4A321: birthdays.

Your card is a huge success, Maura...it really shines in the gallery. It doesn't even need the sentiment to say "happy day". It has such a wonderful tropical vacation feel. Blues and yellows are some of my fav color combos. Faved.

WOW WOW WOW (can I please say "WOW" again!). Thank you so much for sharing your 'glowing' techniques! SPECTACULAR card, which is frame worthy! (I'm totally blown away by our gallery today! I should have posted a bird board a long time ago!)
