Mix168 = nesting shapes. Did my rectangular frame on a rectangular card.
I spritzed the watercolor paper with Goosebumps. Using the balloon die cut as a guide, I lightly traced the balloon shapes . Removed the die cut and watercolored the balloons and background. Gave a spritz of Mr. H's shine spray and then glued down the die cut and glued on the sequins

Oh, Sallie, what a FABULOUS card! I have some Goosebumps and could try this myself sometime, and what an amazing effect with this adorable die of balloons! Wow, this is a fun birthday card! You never, ever cease to delight me, Sallie! Love it!! Hugs!

Oh wow!!!! I just kept looking at the balloons. I love the way you watercolored them leaving the little areas of highlight. The sequins look so pretty with the balloons. I know you were going with rectangle on rectangle, but the balloon shapes are kinda nesting too. Great job with the challenge.
