Wanted to try out my new gilding flakes I just bought using the gilding flake glue and a stamp. Worked great!
Sponged the glue onto the stamp, stamped onto card stock and left until tacky (only a few minutes), spread gilding flakes over top and then used a scrubby pad to burnish the flakes into the glue and remove any excess.
Wanted to add more flakes, so used a piece of 1/2" Be Creative tape down the side of the card front, covered with it with flakes and burnished.
Die-cut a small bird from heated copper and popped it up on the vine "perch".
Heat embossed the sentiment in gold so it worked with the flakes.

This is an all time favorite of mine now, Loll! Right into favorites with it. I can't believe what a crisp image you achieved with that method! This is SO beautiful!

I saw this on your blog. Oh wow, did I have to step back and take several looks. This is so beautifully CAS and just outstanding with your materials. Now this is a work of art, my friend.

WOW!!! This is really impressive! I love the diverse colors in your gilding flakes. I don't think it would be as impressive with all gold or some other solid metallic. This is really Spectacular! And the copper bird...Perfect!
