For MariLynn's Love Your Pieces MIX challenge, and I also did my best with the colours from Dawn's A Striking Combo F4A challenge.
Gessoed a book page, stamped and embossed the peony block.
Stamped it again on cream card, a sort of aqua/teal and red. Pieced the image together, and trimmed it to fit the curved square frame. I added Twinkling H2Os, Liquid Pearls and Stickles to the small cream flowers.
Spellbinders frame has Stickles on all the leaves, and is popped up on foam tape.
For the base I used a TCW stencil, ink and a spray diffuser to create a soft background, edged with Stickles for a little definition. Added a generic sentiment to finish it off.

So pretty! I really like the subtle stenciled bg and the red stickles around the edge! Oh and the flowers and sparkly die cut frame are amazingly awesome, too!

Such a pretty flower image and the die cut behind it is a beauty. I like the stencil and I'm thinking I could have really messed up doing that border with Stickles....good job you did, though.

What a lovely creation, Sabrina. The pieced flower focal point just shows your terrific attention to detail...I would never have taken the extra step (lazy, lazy, lazy) to have gessoed the book page, but it adds that "Sabriba touch" to your card. Embossing the image is also a step I would have skipped, and it looks great. As usual...faved. PS...so excited- I figured out how to work at the Stamp/Scrapbook Craft Expo at the Aneheim convention center. I get paid to work and I get free admission. I can buy something with the unexpected money...so excited.
