This is for Ky's fun Mixability challenge - Outside the Foolish Box.
I found this cute little image on Pinterest but do not know it's origin. I coloured with copics - was not happy how I coloured the skin, used the wrong pen first by mistake and basically, mucked it up, bit blotchy but, hey, decided no one's skin is perfect so went with it LOL! Fussy cut and adhered, using dimensionals. I sponged the rectangle behind him using a mask. After doing the faux stitched border I felt the bg was still too white so used the canvas stamp, stamping off once, for interest. Added the stickles lightly to the roses and ribbon.
TFL!

What a sweet image, and an adorable card! Your background looks terrific, and his face looks just like my son's did whe he was small - always just a bit dirty from playing outside. Your boy is precious!

Adding the canvas stamp looks great, Sue - I love those textured backgrounders for adding interest without being too dominant. Your little boy is just sweet.

Sue...aren't we our OWN harshest critics. I am sitting here thinking what a super creative card filled with interesting details, never noticing the skin...amazing at the fussy cutting, the depth, and design.
This is delightful!
