Came a crossed this idea on the Internet, love mixing mediums to create great effects. I started by lightly sanding piece of wood, then lightly rubbed crumb cake ink over wood. I let it dry, using thinned down elmers glue and a craft sponge brush, I glued the letters on by brushing the liquid paste over the wood piece, placing on t he letters and then going over them with another layer of glue. Let dry over night, finished by adding jute, ribbon and brads.

I agree with Bev- how wonderful!! Love the wood piece with your "decoupaged" letters and finishing touches- perfect for the Mix-Ability Challenge and a great gift idea!!
