This is not the original idea I had in my head. I actually stamped 4 of these tulips and watercolored the sky in 4 different shades of the blue....thinking light to dark. But then I realized I wanted to use the tulip ef. I watercolored the raised images very delicately. I don't own very many die cuts but did remember I have this old embosslit from SU! I painted the watercolors onto my itty bitty bg stamp. Edged the white paper with black marker.

This is beautiful. That is one of my favourite embossing folders....I use it a lot....I love what you did with it here! Love your speckled background too!
