I did a watercolor background by placing a drop of bordering blue on a sheet of plastic then spritzed with water and then smashing my watercolor paper on top of it. I then cut out the flowers from the water color panel. Then cut out the same flowers in vellum. Attached yellow polkadot paper to the back of the water color panel. Cut out and put my vellum flowers on top. Water colored some leaves then cut them out. I put glitter in the center of the flowers. Hope this makes sense

Wow - this is awesome! Love the background you created. You made Bordering Blue ink look amazing! The velum and polka-dot flowers are so pretty. Great job. Into my favs. TFS
