IC535 - Is a great inspiration of miniature paintings. I found this darling teapot http://lorraineloots.com/wp-content/...11-600x600.jpg an it reminded me of this die cut teapot that my friend Jan (precious kitty) sent me.
SC582 - This weeks sketch
I really loved the sketch this week and used it for the layout for this card. I used ribbon in place of the paper strip and used a doily for the circle and fun die cut for the larger square.
I distressed the edge and added some distress ink to the edge of the teapot. For the steam I did a quick quilling. Finished off with a bow and flowers and added stickles to the flowers.
Thank you for looking!

I knew which picture inspired you as soon as I saw your card Lisa! Love the distressing and that quilled steam! Tea and coffee themes are some of my favourites and I almost chose this one. I love your card!

Oh my gosh Lisa!!! This is the cutest ever!!! I love your brilliant idea of quilling the steam -- the pearls on the tea pot -- and I do not need to tell you that those flowers are gorgeous!!!

Your card is {T}light~ful! I especially like the 'steam'. It's all girly girl ready for a tea party. Nicely done for both those challenges this week, Lisa
