I made myself a promise quite a while ago to stop buying dp. I have rooms full of dp. But the other day while I was shopping these two JUMPED right into my basket. I had nothing to do with it. I swear.

Ha ha ha!! The same thing happened to me the other day! I guess the only thing we can do about stow away dp is use them-- save them-- use them! I justify myself by sharing with my mom and sister! Glad these papers jumped into your basket because you turned them into a beautiful card! I love the colors and your bow is amazing!

Jo, you have such a knack(talent) for putting just the right things together to create a stunning card. Love how you turned the sketch and used ribbon in place of panel #5.

I don't blame you for snatching these beautiful papers up!! They pair up well with this bird die. I need to make more cards like this that do not have a sentiment on the front so I can use them for different occasions. tfs

Jo,
Isn't it just so horrible that this happens at so many stores!! Jumping paper, stamps, ink pads, it just happens!! You were so kind to bring them home with you!!
I love the soft tones you have here and that the sketch is turned! That ribbon is truly beautiful and just adds such an elegance to the card!!

A beautiful mixture of patterns and textures in this pretty soft blue. And I especially love the little blue birds and that pretty bow.

I wish some of that DP would jump into my basket but like you I have loads and don't use it enough so I try to stay far away from the paper when shopping. Maybe I just need to at least walk by it. Your combination on this card is beautiful. I really like the way you flipped the sketch.
