Using the lines in the pattern paper as a guide, I stamped a sweet little leaf pattern in Spring Rain and added the tiny little flower in Lavender Moon. At this point I decided to spray a fixative to help keep the ink from fading into the pattern. But then when I went to stamp "birthday" in Blueberry Sky (a darker blue), I found that the dye ink was sitting on top and not being absorbed into the paper. Fortunately, I was stamping the word using my MISTI so I double stamped it and added clear e.p. and heat embossed it. Take my word, it looks perfect and lovely IRL but I could not capture the word with my camera, no how, no way! I used a die to create the stitched effect at the bottom and then trimmed the edge with scalloped scissors. I attached the panel to the base card. The "happy" was diecut 3 times and layered and lastly, I added Pearl dots to the center of the tiny flowers.
Thanks so much for looking!
