Debbie is in need of encouragement so we are sending her roosters to keep things going on the farm. The base is so saffron embossed with wood folder and sponged with tea dye Distress ink. Found the picture on the internet and mounted it on a die-cut medallion which is on dimensionals. Layered a piece of burlap dp on the cs and placed some flourishes on top. Medallion with picture is on dimensionals. Brushed some wink of stella on the flourish. Debbie is in my thoughts and prayers. TFL

Mighty fine Rooster you have there. I suspect he'll be hanging at the Gentlemans Club looking for some chicks. I see he has his burlap sack with him, in case he needs to take anything to the hen house. He's sure to find him a chick or 2.

Looks like he is strutting his stuff and has something to crow about. Sweet image and the different layers of background just make your rooster even better.

I like the mix of textures on this with the burlap and the wood grain embossing. I can see your wink of stella adding some fun sparkle, too. Great card for Debbie!

Oh gosh, what great details here. I love how they all work together - the embossing, and then the burlap and medallion with the little sprigs of foliage. Great rooster photo too; I always struggle to colour them and a photo certainly takes that element of stress out.
