This layout is for Feb16VSBN06 challenge: You'll swear you've heard it all before. We had to pick from 5 past Candy Heart challenges. I chose challenge #2, which is where you do a layout to reflect the weather.
I decided to use more photos from our Iceland adventure. This was when we visited Jokulsarlon Glacial Lagoon.
To be honest, I have no idea how to pronounce that, along with several of the other sites we visited. It was a beautiful lagoon filled with icebergs that had fallen off the glacier in the distance.
I fussy cut the paper to simulate iceberg shapes. That is also why I used the corrugated glitter paper. It wasn't snowing, but it was VERY cold and windy, so I added as much shimmer as I could to give it an 'icy feel' and a few snowflakes for coldness.
tfl!

Love what you have done here, the textured bg on the left and the full photo side pushing out to the border. awesome patterns (the chevron is nicely symbolic of the jagged lines of the ice) and the blingy words on the right. Beautifully done.

Blue ice is so cool! I love how your paper colors match the ice! Love the fussy cutting and the big compass!
