The inks were applied with masking tape. After applying the blues, drops of water were put on the horizon so the colors would drip down and blend. Thanks so much for looking!

Cathy, I am in LOVE with the stunning colors on this card and love the added layering and stitching. This is so beautifully done with the technique and the drips are a perfect finishing touch.
