These cards are for my SU! card club exchange with a theme of chickens; for the Alphabet Challenge for Letter C; and previous TLC challenges for shaped cards. I have absolutely no chicken stamps, so I went for a punch art/shaped card idea that I saw on Pinterest. I die-cut the largest oval; then I scored and folded it in half. The comb at top, the beak and wattle are all punched hearts. The yellow heart for the beak was folded in half and glued shut before attaching with the point of the heart facing outward. The red heart for the wattle was scored, folded, but left opened and attached with the curved part of the heart facing outward. The red heart for the comb was attached at its point. Adhered a punched heart for the wing, added some embellishments and a shaker eyeball. For Letter C- chickens, Crushed Curry color, cut-out. Fun card to make!
We’re on Week 3 of the Alphabet Challenge – come join us card creators in combing Letter C with our card creations. TFL

Oh my! I adore these! Into my favourites they will go. I think they will make great Easter cards for my great niece and nephew. Will have to get some of those googly eyes too. So sweet!
