Had so much fun looking through MochaFrap's whimsical gallery. I don't think I've ever done this before, but I was inspired to combine two of her cards: Sail Away for the sailboat and Birthday Cowgirl for the peeling paint board back ground, and Birthday sentiment.
I have a hard time coming up with masculine cards and this works for me. After finishing the wood grain (tutorial), I gave it a quick blast of water to mimic the peeling paint, then dried in the sun, added the die cuts and mounted on a black mat and white base.
MochFrap, hope you enjoy your week in the spotlight!
