Gorgeous inspiration site this week! This was my inspiration http://www.comuseum.com/wp-content/u...ng_poppies.jpg I coloured my Local King stamp with markers, huffed and stamped on coated paper. The Quietfire sentiment was also 'inked' with marker to give it more of a hand done look. I chalked around the edges of the white panel to age the look of the paper a bit though it is not too noticeable in the photo. PS I do know that the image is not a hyacinth. :-)

Ms. Dockside, what a grand sentiment you've added to your work of art. It's lovely and is so perfect along side your Asian image. Beautifully crafted. A work of art right here on SCS.

I love that sentiment (Quietfire has some great stamps) and your beautiful flower...it's simple and understated just like a lot of Asian art. Well done!
