This is for two challenges using a Card Kit received in a SCS swap. Most everything came from the kit. First, the Sketch Challenge - when I saw the sketch, I immediately saw it upside down with steam rising in swirls instead of the arrow. This led me to use a teacup card kit. I saw the Mix Ability challenge to paint with coffee so I changed the theme to coffee. I remember how my in-laws always drank their coffee from Corning Ware teacups instead of mugs. I painted with coffee in the cup, brushed coffee directly on the stamp to create the swirls and put a few splashes of coffee on the background paper. The mix media is found with the ink to stamp the image, the watercolor pencils and the coffee (?). Not sure if the java is a medium. Smile. Nevertheless, it was fun to try it today! TFL
