The focal image is scribble roses and layered leaves from MFT; each was cut 3 times from neenah white 80 lb. card stock and adhered together with spray adhesive. These were layered onto a piece of Tim Holtz water color paper cut with Blueprints 15 and sponged with Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed. Once I finished the sponging, I dripped on some MFT shimmer mist - LOVE the sparkle it adds. I used my misti to stamp the sentiment from Concord and 9th twice in Hero Arts black, so it was very dark. The entire focal panel was layered on neenah 110 lb. white top folding card with foam adhesive, I added a little strip of black and white washi. The inside was decorated with more washi and the sentiment "thanks so very much".
I finished the outside off with sequins from Verve Visual and one was fnished with glossy accents for something a bit different. Again; love how these turned out, but goodness sakes, I could have saved a ton of time; here's a few ideas for saving time:
Only use 1 layer of die cuts (rather than 3 of each as I did)
Sponge a smaller area with ink
No sequins or glossy accents
Make it a one-layer sponged card
