To make the background I first made a stencil of the Altenew Shutter die with a piece of vellum run through my cuttlebug. Use SU as it is nice and thick. Next I cut a piece of Gina k heavy weight cardstock 4x5.25 and covered it completely in a strong dry tape adhesive like snail. I then covered the vellum stencil with versamark and placed it on to of the adhesive covered cardstock. Next I poured gold glitter all over the cardstock and burnished it very well using my bone folder and the smooth backing of fun foam. After that I peeled off the stencil which was easy due to the added versamark and put the next glitter color on the cardstock and again burnished it very well. Run the cardstock through your die cutting machine with piece of clean copy paper over it to prevent dirtying your cutting plates and ensuring the glitter is really secure. You can also use an adhesive sheet like stick it to make it easier, but I didn't have any. Die cut the tag from the glitter inlay cardstock and from white card stock. Add the sentiment to the white and save the glitter one for the next card. Glue glitter cardstock to the black card base and add the white sentiment tag into the empty space on the glitter cardstock. Cut out and position the scribble roses dies and add leaves and add sequins.
