Thank you Diane for selecting Japan for continue our journey. Who doesn't love a cup of tea shared with a friend. When I saw these beautiful birds among the Asian papers, I couldn't resist using the papers to make the card. The sentiment is stamped on the ribbon.
Speaking of tea, has anyone tried Trader Joe's Peppermint Green Tea. It is so fresh. Give it a try.
And thank you again, Diane for all the info on the art of Japanese tea ceremony.

Oh my goodness, what GORGEOUS papers. I would have, as a child, hoarded that forever. I still have a little bookmark-type calendar in this style which somehow has made it through every move since I left home, and not a lot other than books and music has done that. And your stamping on the ribbon looks great, it usually bleeds a bit when I try.

Beautiful Asian card. The papers are gorgeous! They look a little bit Christmas. You arranged everything so lovely. The picture of the birds is striking. Cute sentiment on the ribbon. Great job with your card. Thanks for participating in VSN and doing my challenge to Japan. Nicely done. No, I haven't tried that tea. I'll have to share some with a friend. Thanks! TFS

That paper is beautiful and how a gorgeous job you did framing it! Love the background paper too, fitting so well into the theme. Your embellishments are wonderful, Susan.

Finally, I've found a kindred spirit who can take apart G45 paper and create a gorgeous card. This is so striking and elegant, Susan. Beautiful design. You certainly let the paper do all the work today.
