My gratitude goes out to Kittie Caracciolo for allowing me to CASE her 2013 card and for giving me some instruction.
This the first card I've made that is nothing but die cuts. No stamping, no inking.
Elizabeth Craft Designs (ECD) die sets used are 5 Part Pine, Woods 4, Backyard 2 & 4, Critters 3, Sprig w/Berries. The staircase was cut out from Poppy Stamps Elegant Staircase Frame. The Train Set is from Memory Box, I used the Elegant Candlestick from Impression Obsession, cut in half for the tree stand and for the wall sconce holding a fussy cut candle. the stockings, candy canes and dog bones were cut by hand. This was a challenging card for me as I never made anything like this before i.e. making the staircase appear 3D, making wainscotting and a chair rail, etc.

I have a yellow Labrador and a black Labrador and should I make the same mistake I made several years ago (putting their stockings up the night before) I will wake in the morning to find the stockings down, everything in them eaten and played with and then they turned their attention to the stockings themselves. I found pieces of red & white fluffy velvet around the house for days.
Lesson learned? Labrador Retrievers, like men, never grow up and we love them anyway.

Oh, this is beautiful and has so many wonderful details. I see why it got in the favorites this week. I can see why you are having a hard time mailing it. It's a keeper.
