I'm trying to get some Christmas cards made at last. I'm super behind but I wanted to try out a beautiful card I'd seen on Pinterest. I thought I could play around with the MISTI marbling technique to add some snow. I inked up my stamp with markers and stamped a couple of layers of the pine. I then used a gloved hand to add some snow/white craft ink and stamped a couple times to add the snow. I cleaned off my stamp and then aded a little bit of color back to the branches especially. I stamped my sentiment in two stages doing two layers of ink on each. I rounded my corners and added some snowy edges to the panel and the base. I popped my pine over the base.
*sorry-didn't realize the challenge had specified no other colors when I used the red on my sentiment

This turned out so great!! I was really optimistic I was going to win a Misti from HYCCT but not to be. Maybe Santa will hear my plea. Love your rustic design.
