Thanks Clare for the pattern. I needed a card to hold a check for my grandson Nate. I wanted something Christmas-sy, but not too fussy...........he's 21! The green of the letters IRL matches the light green in the dp.

Amazing job using the pattern that Clare shared with us here on SCS. Super papers you used and I love how you personalized your gift card holder with his name. Thank you for creating a second card for my Christmas Sock challenge!!!

How cute is this! My nephew, Nate, would love it. Especially the gift card part. Maybe I'll get him a harmonica...like the one he bought for himself in the Santa secret shop at school when he was about 6. He even wrapped it & put a tag on it "To Nate, From Nate". We all still tease him about that.
But I have to tell you about the real winner present we gave him when he was about 4. He wanted these Pound Puppy house shoes. They didn't come in a box & the only one I had the right size originally had a knife set in it. So on video we have him unwrapping it..he sees the knives on the box & stares in wonder & excitement. "My very own knife set!!" he happily exclaims & jumps up & down. We about died. Right, like we'd give a 4 year old a set of knives, lol!

Ack, I lost the internet and my comment. I remember that I used the one I made of these when Lynn featured it some years ago as a TLC for a nephew - mine was a bit girlie but yours looks just perfect for a guy.
