I found some really loopy hair twister/bands at a dollar store and purchased several...for $1 each package has 3 twisters on it. I wasn't sure what I would do with them but I knew they had potential for something other than hair! I cut the band at the seam, then used a punched circle to wrap the band to creating a loopy kind of flower, but this one has become a loopy wreath for our Christmas tree!
