This morning I was lucky to attend a class given by Rachel Greig from Darkroom Door. The theme of the class was stamping images and water colouring them to give a soft background.
The class was three hours long - but time just flew by - accompanied by much giggling and laughing and lots of inky fingers flying around - not to mention stamps.
This card was achieved by stamping the image three different colours - ochre, blue and black. Stamping the lightest one first, the next slightly off centre and the third the black image. Once the black image had dried you used a water brush to spread the colour around from the two softest colours.
Lots of good fun.
MIX147 - An abundance of the same stamp in different shades.
Hope you enjoy.
