Today we celebrate 300 F4A challenges by looking back. I chose to look all the way back to challenge #1 - Textures, Colors & Pattern Papers.
My 'texture' is an old Cuttlebug ef that I don't even remember ever using.
Bravo Burgundy is a 'color' I don't normally use & it's retired. I did use it a bit when my kids were in school as it matches the school color.
I took the 'option' of Patterned Paper. This is Claude Monet's Lady with a Parasol & hangs in the Louvre, in Paris, France. This is from a paper pack by Paper Source. When I saw it I couldn't resist it & I so want to go see the Cleveland Museum of Art exhibition, Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse before it moves onto London. Original Painting by Monet.
I also didn't add any sentiments to let the paper do the talking.
Thanks Dawn for a chance to 'go back' to the beginning & a fun challenge.
Thanks for stopping by.

Such a beautiful card. I too have this picture - I did get to see the Monet exhibition when it was here a couple of years ago at the National Art Gallery - this painting was on display and it is huge. I sat for ages looking at it - it is just beautiful.

Gorgeous paper and I sure hope you get to the museum to see the exhibition before it's gone.
