Oh, oh, oh! It was your title that caught me, because my mother, who was French, always made Buche for the family dinner on Christmas Eve. I just came across the recipe in her handwriting when I was looking for something else the other day. The dusting of "sugar" on the chocolate frosting is perfect.
But what a gorgeous card all round - I don't think I knew there was a TH folder with the Tour Eiffel.
