The WT Challenge today is ways to communicate. Since I donÂ’t have a postcard or computer image, I went with good olÂ’ snail mail. IÂ’m thinking this gentleman is probably expecting a box from Amazon, lol. From the look on the dogÂ’s face, itÂ’s probably that box of doggy toys & treats he ordered. Lately, Amazon seems to be only thing you can count on getting to you on time. Yesterday, there was nothing in my mail box..not even junk mail. I can count on one hand & have fingers left over, for how many times that has happened.
Anyway, I stamped the little scene, colored w/ Copics, then stamped the falling snow w/ the tumbled glass ink & die cut it. I wanted to have room for the greeting arc, so I cut off the left side of the circle even w/ the edge. The pine bough was stamped above it & all the hanging ornaments & branches were fussy cut & attached on top.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Oh Julie, I love your layout here with the scene set into a larger bauble hanging among the small ones. What a delightful card. Mind you, I thought that the dog had something else in mind other than hoping it was his doggy treats, LOL.

WHat fun to have the ornament!! Love your guy walking the dog to the mailbox. Also loved your story about your brother, and taking the doorknobs off. I read it out loud, and DH and Mom laughed too. Thanks for that, and you wonderful card.

The little scene inside your largest ornament is perfect! I thought they were on their way to send a lovely card in the mail but then I read the rest of the description and an amazon box is much more exciting! Great festive colors and the fussy cut branches really guarantee the Christmas feel!
