This is my sample card for this week's WTUI challenge.
You can find out what the challenge is all about here: WT557 ~ Ways to...Communicate .
It's also for Frances' challenge over at CCEE Stampers. She tells us that the 10th November is Sesame Street Day, this year celebrates 46 years since the show started. We were to create a card inspired by the show.
Well, I had a deprived childhood! No, actually I didn't, not at all - but we didn't have TV till I was about 14, and while the Cookie Monster and Big Bird have crossed my horizon, I really have no familiarity at all with them. So I was glad Frances offered expanded options such as letters of the alphabet or colours.
I have T which is Textured, Three mice Typing Thanks on a Typewriter, and Three black gems.
Image stamped on Bristol Board and coloured with Polychromos pencils. It's matted on black, and I used some old-fashioned feeling Echo Park paper as the base layer, which I found when I was looking for the typewriter letter stickers. I used an MFT alpha set to stamp the typewritten thanks on the image panel.

Just love the large letter and keyboard letters....fantastic card. Hate to admit it, but I can remember learning to type on one similar to this image. Cute card.

Adorable! Love that image. Those critters are having fun! The circle letter stickers are perfect for this one. I like the big letter T and thanks stamped on the typewriter paper. Great card! Nicely done for all the challenges. TFS

We used to like the shows that started out, "This show is being brought to you by the letter 'T'". Then all the things that were starting with that letter went on and on! Your card is wonderful for both challenges today (and Mom loved her card too!).
