I have loved Mimi's use of this stamp Hidden lane pour Deborah by Micheline Jourdain at Splitcoaststampers
and as my stamp has just arrived I gave it a go - or two - the first effort is in the bin, it is much harder than it looks! I decided to sponge the sky in first, then stamp & watercolor, filling in some shadows & details. I'm going to keep at this stamp to try to get the hang of it. Most of my scenic cards feature many little stamps instead of one big scene.
Also for the Bucket List central theme, to improve my watercoloring.

Oh, Cindy, this is gorgeous, and I agree - you can "check off" watercoloring your bucket list! You've accomplished this - and so beautifully! I just sighed at first glance, and I could look at the details forever, my friend! It's stunning, and yes, Mimi is amazing. And she would be delighted to see how she's inspired you and how you've reached for the stars and hit one! Hugs!

This is just lovely. What a great first attempt. I have always admired Mimi's water coloured images as well - they are just fantastic - wonderful inspiration and so well done. These stamps are definitely on my wish list too.
